The Singapore Flyer - Itinerary

The Singapore Flyer is located at 30 Raffles Avenue, Marina Bay Singapore. Please arrive at the Singapore Flyer 30 minutes before your flight time.

Take a breathtaking ride on the Singapore Flyer, the world's largest observation wheel. Flights last for 30 minutes and you will share a capsule with other passengers.

The Flyer has a total height of 165m and exceeds The Star of Nanchang by 5m and the London Eye by 30m. You will see 360 degree views of Singapore’s spectacular skyline and Sentosa Island. On a clear day you should be able to see up to 45km away meaning you can catch sight of nearby Indonesia and Malaysia.

Please Note

Your flights take place in a shared capsule. The maximum number of people per capsule is 28.

Please be at 30 Raffles Avenue, Marina Bay, 30 minutes before actual flight time.

The Singapore Flyer may not operate under adverse weather conditions, should you not be able to make your original flight every attempt will be made to re-arrange your flight, if this is not possible a full refund will be offered.

How to book

	Select from available dates and enter number of passengers to see your total price. Click on confirm price and book.
	Once you are happy with the price,proceed to checkout to our secure payment page. Enter your details and click on confirm and pay.
	A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.
	You can easily change your dates,number of travelers and tour options during and after the booking process.
	If your tour status is On Request we will not charge your card until we have been able to confirm your booking with our supplier. If your tour status is bookable online, your card will be charged when you click confirm and pay.Please note that you don't have to pay anything at the destination.

What happens after you book

	Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity.
	The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you have.

How to Cancel

	Log on to your my isango! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
	Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service.
	Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the cancellation policy.
