Start with the famous Stars’ Homes Tour. Travel to exclusive Beverly Hills and see the magnificent mansions where the mega-stars live. Drive along the world-famous Rodeo Drive and see the places where the stars hang out and the exclusive stores where they shop.
The Hollywood tour will take you to some of the highlights of “Tinseltown”. Visit the Hollywood Bowl, the Walk of Fame and the famous Chinese Theatre and the bustling Farmer’s Market.
Then get inside the world’s largest and busiest movie studio, Universal Studios, creator of some of the biggest Hollywood blockbusters and enjoy a fascinating tram tour and some edge-of-the-seat thrills.
If you wish to save a bit of time, then an option that gives you the celebrity homes and Universal Studios, but not the city tour, is available.

Itinerary
There are two options for this excellent excursion from Los Angeles: Stars’ Homes, Hollywood Tour and Universal Studios and Stars' Homes and Universal Studios.
Stars’ Homes, Hollywood Tour and Universal Studios
At the start of this enjoyable day out, you will be picked up from your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. An English-speaking guide will accompany you. You will spend around 3 hours seeing the highlights of the city and touring the places where celebrities live, shop and hang-out.
The fun begins at the famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre where you will have a 15-minute stop. This Chinese-themed movie theater is one of Los Angeles’ most famous landmarks. One of its attractions is the famous cement forecourt containing hand and footprints of numerous screen legends, including John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland and Jack Nicholson. Nearby is the Kodak Theatre where the glittering Academy Awards (Oscar) ceremonies are held.
The tour stops for 15 minutes at the world-famous Hollywood Bowl, set in a natural ‘amphitheatre’ in the hills. The 18,000-seat venue has seen some of the most memorable musical moments in Los Angeles’ history including symphonies, opera, jazz, ballet, and rock concerts, not to mention Presidential addresses.
You will drive through the exclusive districts of Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Holmby Hills and see the grand mansions of the super-stars.
You’ll cruise down Hollywood Boulevard and the legendary Sunset Strip. Lined with boutiques, restaurants, rock clubs and night clubs, The Strip is the 1½ mile stretch of Sunset Boulevard that passes through West Hollywood.
You will also be driven through the shopping paradise of Rodeo Drive, where the rich and famous go for retail therapy. Premier stores here include Bijan, Gucci, Prada, Harry Winston Jewelers, and you will see the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel featured in the film ‘Pretty Woman’.
You will be taken to the charming Farmers' Market, a good place to spot off-duty celebrities. With dozens of restaurants and small shops and stalls linked by a warren of passageways, this is a great shopping venue.
After spending around 30 minutes enjoying Farmers’ Market you will board your vehicle again and will be dropped at Universal Studios, Hollywood’s biggest movie studio. You will have around 5 hours at Universal Studios.
Your guide will not accompany you to Universal Studios, but your admission ticket entitles you to a fascinating Studio Tour by tram. This tour, which lasts about 45 minutes, is led by a guide (seen throughout the tram on a video screen) and travels through the Front Lot, Back Lot and various other attractions.
You will be able to see the sets and props from blockbuster Hollywood movies and television shows. The Tour is the signature attraction at the Universal Studios Hollywood theme park and goes into the heart of a busy, working movie studio. Sets from films The War of the Worlds, Universal Pictures' King Kong and The Fast and the Furious: Extreme Close-Up will be visited in the tour.
Your ticket includes entry to all rides, shows and attractions and you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the fun at Universal Studios. Face heart-pounding special effects at every turn on the ‘Revenge of the Mummy’ rollercoaster, raging dinosaurs in ‘Jurassic Park’ and defy every dimension at ‘Shrek 4-D’, an ogre-the-top adventure!
Around 6:00pm, your vehicle will pick you up and drop you back at your hotel.
Stars Homes and Universal Studios
This tour is the similar to the one above except that it does not include the city tour.
You will spend 2 exciting hours touring the celebrity homes of Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Holmby Hills. And you will cruise The Strip and visit Rodeo Drive.
On this tour you will not visit the Chinese Theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, or the Farmers’ Market.
You will spend around 5 hours enjoying all that Universal Studios has to offer and, at the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel.
