    Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.

Please make your own arrangements to reach the tour's departure point at the Station Information Centre, Queenstown.

From here, you will be transferred to the Arthur's Point Beach.

After a short safety briefing from your skipper you will receive life and full spray jackets.

Board the distinctive red 'Big Jet' for your exciting jet boat ride in the Shotover River Canyon.

Experience an adrenalin-rush as your jet speeds through the narrow gorges of the Shotover River Canyon. The river is famous for its towering rocky canyons. Hold on tight as your jet boat shoots the rapids and navigates narrow channels with breathtaking 360° spins.

The tour returns to the starting point.

Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour for reconfirming the departure details.
This tour requires a minimum of four people to operate. If this number is not reached on your chosen tour date every effort will be made to move you to another date. Should this not be possible you will be offered a full refund.

A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.

If your tour status is On Request we will not charge your card until we have been able to confirm your booking with our supplier.  If your tour status is bookable online, your card will be charged when you click confirm and pay.Please note that you don't have to pay anything at the destination.
What happens after you book
Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity.
The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you have.

How to Cancel

Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service.
Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the cancellation policy.
