Book your transfer between Kingsford Smith Domestic Airport and Sydney CBD Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 96 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 96 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your Flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the Flight and hotel information.

Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Station : You will be met on arrival at the baggage carousel by a Chauffeur who will be holding a pager board with the name of the passengers on it. If you do not see your representative please phone the isango activity operator (contact details mentioned in the confirmed voucher).

Instructions for departure to the Station : Please call isango! activity operator at least 48 hours prior to the travel date to reconfirm the pickup time from your hotel to the Airport, so that you don’t spend extra time waiting for the driver at the hotel and have enough time to plan your last day in the city. Chauffeurs will liaise with the hotel concierge and wait on the hotel driveway

Present your booking voucher to the driver prior to boarding your vehicle

Luggage restrictions:

1 medium bag plus 1 carry-on bag (per person)

Baby seat/capsule payable direct to the driver

Any diversions/changes to the original booking details provided may incur extra fees

Collapsible wheelchair accepted but may limit luggage capacity

Luggage trailer available free of charge on request

How to book

	Select from available dates and enter number of passengers to see your total price. Click on confirm price and book.
	Once you are happy with the price,proceed to checkout to our secure payment page. Enter your details and click on confirm and pay.
	A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.
	You can easily change your dates,number of travelers and tour options during and after the booking process.
	If your tour status is On Request we will not charge your card until we have been able to confirm your booking with our supplier. If your tour status is bookable online, your card will be charged when you click confirm and pay.Please note that you don't have to pay anything at the destination.

What happens after you book

	Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity.
	The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you have.

How to Cancel

	Log on to your my isango! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
	Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service.
	Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the cancellation policy.
