Huinganal Horse Ride - Overview

The joy of galloping through the verdant highlands, escalates you into a different genre of elation! Mount one of beauties in the Huinganal Stables at the foothills of Santiago. You can pick the horse of your choice from the ‘media luna’ (rodeo ring) and gallop down the dirt road. Accompanied by the colloquial “huasos”, the Chilean version of the cowboy, you will revel in the splendid vistas of the Aconcagua Mount. A call for caution as you gallop the highlands, the cacti in this region are ghastly. You will amble through the gentle slopes contouring these highlands while witnessing some extraordinary landscapes of the central valley, the city of Santiago and the Andes Cordillera. On reaching the flat platform in the highland, you relish a scrumptious barbeque along with delectable wine complimented with a variety of salads.

Huinganal Horse Ride - Itinerary

The Central Andes, the site of Mt. Aconcagua (22,841 feet / 6.962 mt), the highest peak anywhere outside the Himalayas, form the dramatic background of Santiago and provide a close and amusing trip from the capital. Highlights include world class ski areas less than 2 hours away (Portillo, the most famous one, and Valle Nevado, the biggest domain for skiing in South America), and the Cajón del Maipo, an agricultural valley and adventure mecca, perfect for nature lovers.

Transferring from your hotel, we head for the Huinganal Stables, located in the foothills of Santiago. Choose your own horse from inside a traditional corral, known as the “media luna”. Saddle up and enjoy a ride with the “huasos”, the Chilean version of the cowboy. Beware of the cacti as we ride up gentle slopes with views of the central valley, the city of Santiago, and the Andes Cordillera. After lunch, return to the Huinganal stables taking a different way and once there journey to the hotel in Santiago.

How to Cancel

	Log on to your my isango! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
	Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service.
	Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the cancellation policy.
