Gaze down at the vast expanse of fiery red desert and gasp with amazement as you view the magnificent sandstone monolith of the Ayers Rock (Uluru) from above. This is the world’s single biggest rock and a helicopter tour is by far the best way to appreciate its sheer size and splendor.

Start time: Your chosen time in the morning or afternoon. The closest available time will be allocated which will be informed to you upon booking confirmation. All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.
Duration: Rock Blasting: The flight is 15 minutes and the entire tour takes 1 hour
Standard Flight: The flight is 30 minutes and the entire tour takes 1 hour and 30 minutes
Extended Flight: The flight is 36 minutes and the entire tour takes 1 hour and 30 minutes

Helicopter ride over Uluru and Kata Tjuta - Itinerary

There are three great options for your exciting Helicopter Ride over Uluru and Kata Tjuta: Rock Blasting, Standard Flight and Extended Flight.

For all three options you will be picked up from your hotel at the Ayers Rock Resort at a time suitable to you.

You will then be taken in an air-conditioned vehicle to the Connellan Airport which is the departure point for this tour.

Rock Blasting:
This 15-minute helicopter flight is great value for money for an experience of a life time. Board your helicopter and sit back as you climb the rock in style, taking in views of Mt Conner and Lake Amadeus on the horizon. Take in grand views of the township of Yulara and surrounding sights.

The tour ends back at the Ayers Rock Resort.

Standard Flight:
Board the helicopter for a 30-minute ride and enjoy a bird's eye view of Uluru and the magnificent red desert, all the way to the striking rock formations of Kata Tjuta.

The tour ends back at the Ayers Rock Resort.

Extended Flight:
On this extended 36-minute flight, linger a while longer at Uluru and Kata Tjuta and travel further around these amazing rock formations. This is the best option for the sunrise and sunset flights and for keen photographers.

Child Policy :

* Child discount not applicable (however two children can occupy and pay for 1 seat only if their combined weight is under 77kg and they are seated side by side on the 1 seat, with the seat belt on).

Minimum 2 passengers are required for confirmed departure

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you may have.

Please Note

Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour for reconfirming departure details.

Please note that it is mandatory for us to give information about everyone’s weight when booking the helicopter tour, as this is a legal requirement in Australia.

Passengers over 90 kg must advise exact weight at time of booking.

Minimum passengers for guaranteed departure is two.

Maximum passengers per vehicle is three or four.

All flights are subject to weather conditions, aircraft availability and pilot's discretion.

All flight routes are constant. Flight times may vary according to helicopter type, passenger numbers and weather conditions

Remember to carry a hat, sunscreen, a bottle of water and a camera.

How to book

	Select from available dates and enter number of passengers to see your total price. Click on confirm price and book.
	Once you are happy with the price,proceed to checkout to our secure payment page. Enter your details and click on confirm and pay.
	A confirmation voucher for your activity will appear on your screen and a copy will be sent to your mailbox.
	You can easily change your dates,number of travelers and tour options during and after the booking process.
	If your tour status is On Request we will not charge your card until we have been able to confirm your booking with our supplier. If your tour status is bookable online, your card will be charged when you click confirm and pay.Please note that you don't have to pay anything at the destination.

What happens after you book

	Please print the electronic voucher sent to you and give them to the operator on the day of the activity.
	The voucher also includes the operator's complete contact details, and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you have.

How to Cancel

	Log on to your my isango! account to view the list of your existing bookings.
	Click on view details for the booking you wish to cancel, then click on cancel selected service.
	Your credit card will be refunded with the amount due, according to the cancellation policy.
