Itinerary
Your New York tour starts in Times Square. You should meet the shuttle on the Northwest Corner of 7th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets, New York, NY 10019.
On this comprehensive New York City sightseeing tour you will travel in a comfortable coach to all the major attractions of the 'Big Apple'. Your English-speaking guide will travel with you on the shuttle and get off with you at every site.
You will stop at South Street Seaport for lunch (not included in the price). Your New York tour sails back and forth on the Staten Island Ferry but does not stop at the Statue of Liberty’s Island.
You will stop at around 20 top attractions including the following:
Times Square: an iconic landmark and the start point of your sightseeing tour. Known for its animated, digital advertisements.
World Trade Center Site: 16 acres (65,000 m²) where The World Trade Center complex stood until the September 11, 2001 attacks.
New York Stock Exchange: largest stock exchange in the world.
Wall Street: financial district and first permanent home of the New York Stock Exchange.
Flatiron Building: completed in 1902, this striking triangular building is said to have been one of the first skyscrapers.
South Street Seaport: some of the oldest architecture in downtown Manhattan.
Fifth Avenue: a byword for wealth and luxury and one of the most expensive shopping streets in the world.
Rockefeller Center: a huge complex of commercial buildings in a modernist architectural style built by the Rockefeller family.
St. Patrick's Cathedral: a decorated Neo-Gothic-style Catholic cathedral.
Central Park: large public, urban park with about 25 million visitors annually, surrounded by impressive buildings and valuable real estate.
Strawberry Fields: 2.5-acre landscaped section in Central Park, dedicated to the memory of musician John Lennon.
During your New York city tour you will also see many other attractions from the comfort of your coach. But, for lack of time, the shuttle does not stop at these. They include: Ellis Island, Central Park Zoo, Tiffany’s, Brooklyn Bridge, Verrazano, Narrows Bridge, Hudson River, East River, FAO Schwarz, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Chrysler Building, Woolworth Building, Met Life Building, Trump Tower, Plaza Hotel, City Hall, Washington Square Park, New York Public Library, Greenwich Village, SOHO/ Tribeca, Macy’s and Herald Square.
The Empire State Building is an optional ending point for your tour, giving you time to enjoy the view from the observation deck at your own pace after the tour.
Your tour ends at the starting point in Times Square.
